1.Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who accesses Metimo Auto and forms part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your users comply with it.

2.You must not

  • break the law, or use the platform to infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • upload data you have no right to share, or special-category personal data we have asked you not to submit;
  • submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
  • upload malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the platform or its users;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other customers’ data, or underlying systems;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach any security or authentication measure, except under an authorised disclosure programme;
  • interfere with or place undue load on the service, including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest data other than via features or documented interfaces we provide;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the platform except as permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the platform to third parties except as expressly allowed;
  • use the platform to build or train a competing product or service;
  • misrepresent emissions results or use outputs to make claims the underlying data does not support.

3.Fair use of automated features

Feeds, imports, document scanning and any API are provided for your organisation’s own reporting. Reasonable-use limits may apply, and we may throttle or suspend activity that threatens the stability, security or integrity of the service.

4.Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse or security concerns to abuse@YOUR-DOMAIN or security@YOUR-DOMAIN. We may investigate suspected breaches and, using the least disruptive step reasonably available, remove offending content or suspend or terminate access. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the Terms and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.

5.Changes

We may update this AUP to address new risks or legal requirements, revising the version and effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
