1.What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) the platform sets, and how you can control non-essential ones. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2.Our approach

Metimo Auto is a private, logged-in business tool. We use only a small number of strictly-necessary cookies required to sign you in and keep the app working. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data. Strictly-necessary cookies are exempt from prior consent under the UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive; if and when we add any analytics or other non-essential technology, we will request your consent through a banner first.

3.Cookies we set

metimo_active_orgFor platform administrators only: remembers which customer organisation is being viewed. Essential to that workflow.Strictly necessary · HTTP-onlySession

Our payment processor may set its own strictly-necessary cookies on its checkout to prevent fraud; see the sub-processor list and that provider’s own cookie notice.

4.Managing cookies

  • Because the cookies above are essential, blocking them will stop you signing in and using the platform.
  • You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and clearing them will sign you out.
  • If we introduce any non-essential cookies, you will be able to accept or reject them via a consent banner and change your choice at any time.

5.Changes

We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and revise the version and effective date above. Questions: privacy@YOUR-DOMAIN.
