2.Transfer safeguards
Where a sub-processor processes data outside the UK, EEA or Switzerland, transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
3.Changes and notifications
We keep this list current. Before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes personal data, we will give at least N days’ notice — to subscribe to change notices, contact privacy@YOUR-DOMAIN. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in the DPA.
